All goods are checked before dispatch. In the unlikely event of faulty or damaged goods being received, please notify us within 14 days to arrange return.
If you are unsatisfied with your goods for any reason, you may return them to us within 14 days for a refund or an exchange. The goods will need to be returned in a saleable condition. For hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery (unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose).
When returning goods for any reason, please ensure you obtain a proof of posting (this is a free service offered by the Post Office), as we cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of items. We regret that postage costs cannot be refunded unless goods are being returned due to an error on our part.
Your refund will be issued within 30 days of our receipt of receiving the returned item(s).
