Sponsored events

Support the NSC and have a little fun! Your participation in these sponsored events provide vital support in raising awareness and funds for our solidarity work with Nicaraguan social movements.

Bar Work at Festivals

If you are over 18 and interested in doing voluntary bar work at festivals, please read on. If selected, NSC will be paid for your labour by the Workers’ Beer Company (WBC), and you will get free entry to festivals such as Glastonbury. Sometimes transport is provided as well.

It’s fun for you and a vital way of fundraising for us. Bar experience is not necessary, but you must be reliable and committed to the event. It is better if you are known to NSC, for example as a member or supporter, to take part.

Please contact us for details and an application form.
